It was not until that moment that Lucanis realized that he had put Davrin in the perfect position to interrogate someone about Lucanis' past who was only too happy to answer. In his defense he expected Davrin to be too flustered over the whole ordeal to notice this opportunity until it had passed. Well, point for the Warden, and Lucanis made a mental note to not under-estimate his recovery time in the future.
