He have himself a full second to let all that wash over him, then focused back on the job at hand. Wherever he was, it was where Spite needed him- and presumably Lucanis needed him- to help. Somehow.

A dark shadow passed over them and he turned slightly to watch, the scene so close to Rook's meditation room, yet an entire world away from the calm aura their leader tried to cultivate there. He wonderful, fleetingly, if Lucanis avoided that room. But there was no time or true interest for scenery. Not with this separate, but maybe oddly more whole, Spite/Lucanis staring purple at him.
